★Croatian Jewelry Craft is located in Croatia ( Europe ), shipping worldwide.
★🛩️ DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS 🛩️ expedited shipping service is used as default shipping option for all the countries except for:

☆ Croatian neighbouring countries: Slovenia, BiH, Montenegro, Serbia & Macedonia ( Croatian Post registered mail service )
☆ Delivery locations located within EU for which you will be able to decide between Croatian Post registered mail service and DHL Express.
Please note:
★DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes -If you are unable to alter the address, optional registered airmail service can be used.
★Also, for orders shipped by DHL => Please provide your phone number with the order. Delivery courier might use this number to contact you in order to arrange the delivery details.
★ At the customer's request any order sent beyond the EU can be sent by Croatian post registered mail service instead of DHL Express but please note that compared to DHL the delivery time can be significantly extended and the end-to-end trackability won't be guaranteed.

Your order will be delivered by DHL carrier which supports
delivery duty paid (DDP) shipping.
The shipping price you pay us through Etsy includes the cost of DHL's import processing in addition to the basic shipping cost.
Additional tariff costs will be paid by us.
The U.S. $800 duty-free threshold is ending for most imports on August 29, 2025.
Our delivery carrier supports delivery duty paid (DDP) shipping
which makes it much easier for buyers to import goods from Europe.
With DDP, we will handle everything, including shipping, all import duties, taxes, and customs, delivering the goods cleared to the buyer's location.

*Please note: Our delivery rates are based EUR currency, their equivalent amount in other currencies will depend on a most recent exchange rate.
*Delivery by DHL Express to natural persons in Russia is not possible, only to business addresses.
Croatian post registered airmail shipping service can be used instead.

☆4-5 business days for DHL to Australia, Asia and many other countries

Shipment confirmation email which you will receive directly from DHL will also contain the link to the "On Demand Delivery"

★ Croatian post registered mail:
Please note that this is a lower priority shipping service when compared with DHL.
The Final part of delivery will be in the hands of your country's postal service.
Unfortunately, we have no influence over that, nor on possible delays in destination country customs clearance. These may occur as a result of bad weather conditions or high volume of postal traffic, especially in the pre-holiday period of the year.

But it can happen that tracking information is not regularly updated, for the entire way, from sending to the receipt of the order.
Tracking is guaranteed to function within our country, while your country's postal service may use their own tracking system for the final part of delivery. In this case, we will only get delivery confirmation.

* Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Specifics of these import charges will differ from country to country, and will apply to any shipments sent to the corresponding country.

For shipments sent by registered mail service, import controls tends to be somewhat less rigid, as opposed to the courier-type delivery services such as DHL. But We are unable to provide any guarantees on this matter.

What we have learned from the experience:

*EU*
There are no customs duties or charges for EU countries.
When shipping to the non-EU countries, all goods must go through Customs to be cleared. The value of goods that may be imported free of duty and tax, also called the de minimis:
*Australia*
There is no de minimis threshold. However, Etsy will calculate, collect, and remit GST service tax.
*Switzerland*
Total duties/taxes less than 5 CHF are waived
So if your 7.7% VAT ( price of the item with shipping included )
is e.g. 4.90 then this is below the 5.00 limit
Upon exceeding this amount, you will be charged for VAT:
- at the VAT rate of 7,7 % for shipments up-to CHF 200 in value
- at a VAT rate of 2.5% for shipments exceeding the CHF 200 value
Swiss Post costs for customs declaration will be CHF 17.45 ( for the shipments sent by Croatian post registered mail service )
CHF 22 for customs declaration made by DHL.
*Canada*
Canada’s de minimis threshold is $20 CAD
